The cancellation terms below apply to reservations booked directly with Casago Arizona.

Short-Term Stays (28 Nights or Less)

• Within 48 Hours of Booking: 100% refund of all reservation charges.
• 60+ Days Prior to Arrival: 100% refund of all reservation charges.
• 30–59 Days Prior to Arrival: Refund of all reservation charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Prior to Arrival: Partial refund equal to 50% of reservation charges, excluding the booking fee.
• 7 Days or Less Prior to Arrival: All reservation charges are considered earned and non-refundable.

Long-Term Stays (29 Nights or Longer)

• More Than 6 Months Prior to Arrival: 100% refund of all reservation charges.
• 91 Days to Less Than 6 Months Prior to Arrival: Refund of all reservation charges except the booking fee.
• 61–90 Days Prior to Arrival: Partial refund equal to 50% of reservation charges and booking fees.
• 60 Days or Less Prior to Arrival: All reservation charges are considered earned and non-refundable. Cleaning fees, utility fees, and refundable security deposits will be returned.

Third-Party Bookings

If your reservation was made through a third-party platform, your cancellation policy will be governed by the policies of the booking platform used to make the reservation.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to help protect against unexpected travel disruptions, cancellations, illnesses, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances that may impact your trip.
